The License page of the Enzoic Console allows you to check your license status, verify license details, and, if necessary, switch to a different product key.

You may use the Synchronize Licenses button on this page to kick off a manual sync up to the server.  Use this if you recently upgraded/downgraded the number of licenses on your account or the plan type to pull down the new details and refresh your license status.  This typically shouldn't be necessary, as the product will refresh the license status every 24 hours. &#x20;

Note that the manual license sync operation will add some additional load to the Delegate server, as it must count the number of users protected by your monitoring policies.
